"My time in Dresden allowed for a slowing down in life and the studio while also an intense concentration on my work. Being exposed to a different landscape, language, aesthetic and way of life informed my work and perspectives in the moment and continue to ripple through my consciousness and fuel new energies in my artistic practice."
